1. This website is just one aspect of our business and as a result we are not in a position to provide an efficient phone service during the day – all of our communication is through email (Evening response) - however, if you would like to provide us with a contact number we will gladly call you back as soon as possible (Evenings Only) if we are unable to answer your query through email. Please note that there is NO phone number associated with toolsandleisure.co.uk for the reasons mentioned above. Thank you for your understanding with this matter.

 
2. Dependent on our supplier stock levels we can supply most quantities that our customers require – why not contact us for further information?

 
3. At toolsandleisure we take feedback from our customers very seriously - positive or negative. If you purchased your order through Google Checkout they will send you an email where you can comment on the service you have received - other shoppers will then be able to see the comment you have made. Or you may wish to comment through www.reviewcentre.com - this is a public review website where comments appear when people search for us via Google. Or perhaps you would like to comment on the actual product that you purchased - perhaps it is a great tool or maybe just cheap and cheerful - this can be achieved by finding the product on our website and clicking the 'write an online review' link - many customers choose this option. Whichever way you may decide to comment on your shopping experience you can rest assured that we shall always strive to make shopping with us as seemless as possible.

 
4. Yes - However, please note that we will wait until funds have been received and cleared before dispatching your items - could be 10-15 days.
 
5. We are always interested in new product lines - if you feel that you can offer toolsandleisure very competitive deals on your products, a prompt and efficient service and ample all year round stock levels we may be interested. Why not drop us a line?
 
6. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all of our deliveries. Regrettably parcels may sometime be delayed (Please note that we dispatch as soon as possible). Please contact us and we will try to remedy the situation. If after 15 working days your parcel has still not arrived we shall resend. Please note that we have Royal Mail investigate all lost parcels and this will require them contacting you. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
 
7. Currently toolsandleisure.co.uk is not registered for VAT so we do not charge VAT on sales - we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
 
8. During the order process you will receive several emails form us. A confirmation email of the items that you have purchased, a 'processing' email to let you know that your order has been picked and is being packed, and finally a 'dispatched' email when your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

 
About Us:
This website is an extension of years of trading throughout the UK on caravan, motorhome/RV, steam and agricultural shows. We currently have show units travelling the country during the summer months selling an excellent range of Hand Tools, Leisure Tools, Leisure Products, Moccasin Slippers and Reflectors. This experience is now translated into this website, where locally manufactured products including Moccasin Slippers, and wholesaler confidence, means that we can offer the same great 'show/market' prices on our website. As this is, and will continue to be, a small family run business we strive to keep costs to a minimum in order to pass these savings onto our customers.
