Seconds: These snips have been returned by a customer as the clip at the bottom of the snips does not secure the snips in a locked position on a consistent basis. Also, a small moulding issue on the handle has left a sharp edge, this can easily be remove with a piece of wet and dry. Description: Each tin snip measures 10" (250mm). General purpose snips (with leaf spring), specially forged, fully heat treated which makes them ideal for cutting steel banding and sheet metal.
