Sorry but changes are afoot!!

From 4pm on Friday 30th August 2019 we are making some changes to the dispatch process at toolsandleisure.co.uk. All orders received will be dispatched on a next working day basis using Royal Mail/Evri. Orders received over the weekend (cut off Sunday 1pm) will be dispatched on Monday - all other orders received will be dispatched the next working day from day of purchase.

Why are we making these changes?

The honesty part.

Prices have risen from our wholesalers due to the weak £1, coupled with fulfillment price rises above inflation. We have absorbed these prices for the last three years in order to remain competitive and to provide value for money for our loyal customers. In order to keep our selling costs low we have decided to run the website on a part time basis thus allowing us to generate sales through other avenues. This is not a decision that we find easy to make but one of necessity. As a result we hope that in time we can increase our product range and continue to provide excellent value for money for our loyal customers. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated as you place items in your basket - it is product weight specific with an allowance for secure packaging material needed to protect your product if relevant. Simply select the correct shipping method and your basket will automatically calculate the correct costs.

Please note that dispatch excludes Public Holidays and Saturdays.

Royal Mail 1st Class:
Has an estimated delivery speed of 1-2 days - a high percentage are delivered next day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class:
This service has a delivery estimate of 2-3 days - a perfect service if you are not in a hurry and it might be delivered in 2 days.

Evri Tracked:
Has an estimated delivery speed of 3 days. Tracking numbers will be sent via email to customers.

Please note: Remote areas may take longer than stated.

FREE Delivery:

We also offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders exceeding £70.00 - this discount is automatically applied when your order exceeds this amount.

We use packets and parcels depending on the size of your order and all items are delivered by Royal Mail, Evri and other specialist courier services based on the shipping speed and destination.
